Sarah Martin Spaulding to receive Science Policy Fellowship by the American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology

Graduate student Sarah Martin who is pursuing her Ph.D. in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Kentucky under Dr. Natasha Kyprianou. Sarah is the recipient of the highly competitive Science Policy Fellowship by the American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. She was selected after a two-tier interview process, one charismatic young scientist among several impressive candidates throughout the nation! Sarah will follow her dreams in spending creative time on Capitol Hill and leading great efforts to support of science and research in her interactions with the nation’s policy makers.
